Regardless the reason for your feedback, suggestion or complaint, we aim to provide you with a response no later than 10 days after receipt. If we are forced to extend this period, we will inform you.

If you believe that your complaint has not been resolved in an acceptable way, you have the right to refer it to an independent disputes committee or judge.
